Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, please contact us and we will get that sorted for you.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

- Gift cards
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
